Faith Stample spent more than fifteen years at the bedside in hospice, home health, and infusion nursing. She knows what it feels like to be treated as a placement number, and she knows what it feels like to be treated as a clinician.
In 2022, she founded Dripping Wellness, a luxury mobile IV hydration brand serving South Florida. Through that work she met dozens of brilliant IV nurses and phlebotomists, many of whom were being underused, underpaid, and unseen by the agencies representing them.
Dripping Wellness Staffing Group exists to fix that. A boutique agency. A clinician at the helm. Practices that want exceptional staff. Nurses who want to be valued.
